We bake biscuits daily at The Little Pet Biscuit Company so we will aim to have your goods ready to send to you within 3 working days of ordering. However, please do bear in mind that there may be a slight delay during very busy periods so if you need your treats urgently, it would be a good idea to contact us first.
We mostly use the services of Royal Mail and occasionally DPD, depending on the size and weight of your order. We always aim to select the most cost effective delivery service for your order to keep postage rates as low as we possibly can for you. We only charge for the actual cost of postage and packaging to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and in one piece. We make no profit on what we charge for postage and packing.

We only deliver within the United Kingdom. For international shipments, please contact us.
Your order will be packed in a cardboard postal mailing box. We pack our boxes with shredded Kraft paper to provide additional cushioning where necessary to help minimise any potential damage during transit.
Our cardboard postal boxes are great because they can be reused or recycled. They can also be put in your compost maker for maximum eco-friendliness!
On rare occasions a product may become unavailable and if this happens, we will let you know that the time of your order.
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll refund it. You are responsible and bear all costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
This should be within 28 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we mean that you have kept the packaging, all labels are still attached and that the item is unused, undamaged, free from pet hair and free from pet odour.
We are not able to offer refunds on perishable items such as pet treats, edible items, handmade and personalised products.
How to return your item:

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and if it complies with the conditions above we will process your refund payment, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.
We will only process refunds for lost parcels 10 working days from the day your parcel should have arrived. Please note that most parcels arrive within a reasonable time, but in some exceptional circumstances, such as the current Coronavirus pandemic, your delivery may take longer than usual due to staff sickness and unavoidable service delays at Royal Mail.
