Duck Sausages with Cranberry - Meaty duck sausages with added cranberries - fabulously festive and delicious. Composition: 93% Duck, 5% Cranberry, 2% Acacia Gum, Collagen casing. Analytical Constituents: Protein 57.4%, Fat 7.7%, Fibre 0.8%, Ash 13.6%, Moisture 11.6%.
