Placing an order through our online shop is easy. You choose the biscuits and treats you would like to buy and add them to the shopping basket. You will then follow a series of simple instructions to select your delivery address and payment method.
Confirm your order by clicking the ‘checkout’ button at the end of the process. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to enter your payment details. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order by PayPal, just follow their simple instructions. By entering your payment details and clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button, you will be placing your order.
By placing an order you are offering to buy goods from us. We will confirm that we have received and accepted your order.
We will send you an email acknowledgement confirming your order, the order reference, order value and confirmation of payment. We suggest you keep this in a safe place in case you have any queries.
We are happy for selected stores to stock The Little Pet Biscuit Company products. Please contact us to discuss trade terms.
For orders via our online shop, we must receive full, cleared payment before we will dispatch any products.
We do not accept payment for orders over the telephone.
You can pay through PayPal using any major credit or debit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by PayPal.
You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day of delivery, see our returns policy below.
As we bake fresh to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and will email you to let you know when your order is on its way.
Shipping costs to mainland UK only is included during the ordering process. Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by Royal Mail postal services or by MyHermes courier.
We strongly advise that if goods are required for a specific date, you contact us in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Our biscuits and treats are heat sealed in cellophane bags which are then packed in robust postal mailing boxes. We pack our boxes with shredded paper to provide additional cushioning where necessary to help minimise any potential damage during transit
Our biscuits and treats are oven-baked in our kitchen. On rare occasions a product may be unavailable and if this happens, we will let you know at the time of order.
At The Little Pet Biscuit Company we want you and your pet to be delighted with our products.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with any of our products and would like to exchange/refund an item, please inform us by email as soon as possible. Please include your order number and reason for exchange/return.
If you wish to return any products, they must reach us within seven days of when we dispatched your order.
Please ensure they are packed appropriately (ideally using the packaging we initially supplied) and include a note stating your order number, contact details and reason for returning the item.
Any returned items must be sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.
Money will be refunded via PayPal within 30 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The Little Pet Biscuit Company does everything we can to ensure the biscuits and treats you have ordered arrive undamaged. Please inspect your delivery and report any faulty or damaged goods as soon as you can.
If you receive a damaged parcel or a defective product, please contact us by email within 5 working days of when we dispatched the order with your order number, contact details and a description of the damage to your delivery. Please attach a photograph if possible. You will receive a replacement product or full refund (including the cost of returning them to us). Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
Money will be refunded via PayPal. All refunds and partial refunds will be completed within 30 days.
In the unusual event that the item you receive does not correspond to the description given at the time of your order, please follow the procedure for damaged products.
The prices on this website are subject to variation without notice, although we will always honour the price of your goods at the time that your order was placed for purposes of refunds and returns.
The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
All our biscuits and treats are oven-baked in small batches. Whilst we use exactly the same ingredients in each batch and follow our tried and tested recipes, there may be some variability between batches in terms of colour, texture and smell and this is because we use fresh ingredients as much as possible and these will, by their very nature, vary a little.
Our products are all lovingly handmade and although we try to keep their size as uniform as possible, there will be some variance. Please note however, that we weigh each bag individually and will always add biscuits to exceed the stated weight, rather than despatch an underweight item.
These terms and conditions came into force on 1 March 2013 and will apply to all orders made from this date.
This agreement is governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts will apply to this agreement.
